Another Branch on the Family Tree

Ok Stutz's it's story time. If you haven't figured out the hidden message in the title it means that I am getting married. To most of you this may come as something sudden. I blame myself for not blogging enough and filling up my time with stuff like finding a future wife.

Here's the story. While attending BYU-Idaho in September I was determined to be a good student and always
do my homework -- I know what a shock. Well one night while sitting down to do my homework my roomate and former mission companion came bursting through the door adamant on meeting every person in our ward -- well at least the girls-- and i was going with him. After shutting down all of my objections to why school was more important than girls -- i know, what was i thinking?-- we went out tracting for women.

After many short visits with many other apartments we knocked on the door of apartment 116 which is where i met Chanae Wilson.

We became friends right off with similar interests of movies and tv shows but soon found out that we had a lot more in common.

Our first date was swing dancing and a movie followed by a weekly movie night and walk on wednesdays. We started playing soccer together on the same team.

Chanae is majoring in journalism and worked for the school newspaper. She now writes for the Mormon Times section in the Deseret News. She is the youngest of 10 kids and is from Rupert Idaho. We dated for 3 months i proposed on Jan 2 and the date is set for March 28. We are getting married in the Draper Utah temple and are very excited.
